Coffee consists of “pea berry coffee/ male coffee and female coffee”. Pea berry is only about 7-8% of the total coffee berries. The above left picture shows the pea berry and the right one is the female coffee.

This very special coffee is from the mutually beneficial relationship between the organic coffee growing farmers and the civet cats (small spotted cat-like nocturnal animal tropical palm mongoose). The genuine is the world's rarest beverage, so our stock is limited.
As we are modest farmers, our focus is on maintaining the quality.
